1989
Scott Young moves from New York to Boulder, Colorado, and starts providing HVAC services.
1995
Scott separates with his partner and opens R & H Mechanical, Inc.
1997
R & H closes its Boulder office and moves to 817 Little Beaver Trail in Dillon, Colorado.
2002
Brian Bahr joins R & H.
2008
R & H relocates the Dillon office to 045 Eagle Park East in Eagle, Colorado.
2012
R & H's founder Scott Young passes away.
2017
R & H joins walking mountain's Climate Action Collaborative.
1991
Scott and a partner begin building an HVAC solutions company.
1996
David Young, Scott's brother, joins R & H Mechanical as co-owner.
1998
R & H installs the entire snowmelt system for Copper Mountain Resort in Summit County.
2003
R & H relocates the Dillon office to 045 Eagle Park East in Eagle, Colorado.
2011
R & H outgrows Eagle Park and relocates to 825 Chambers Avenue in Eagle.
2015
Tim Braun joins R & H's management team.
2018
David Young sells R & H to its employees. R & H is certified as an Actively Green business. The company outgrows 825 Chambers and moves down the street to 1119 Chambers. A new office opens on 40 Sunset Drive in Basalt, Colorado.
